Our talent supply chain model ensures fair commission distribution to all performers and their networks through Performance Percentages. This approach maximizes earnings for all participants and reduces costs for hiring companies and schools.

Each role is assigned a Performance Percentage, with 80% of staffing revenue paid as commission to the placement team member, hiring company, staffing firm, independent recruiters, and/or channel partner. Up to 10% of commissions are shared with the placement team's network, while iThrive earns a 10% service fee.

Hiring companies and schools save 80% on placement fees. Staffing firms and independent recruiters increase their reach and income by 80%. Channel partners and individuals earn 80% of what they produce and more.
