The platform currently supports workforce activity across both the Staffing Marketplace and Gigs Marketplace.

Members can earn from full-time placements, temporary placements, consulting engagements, project-based work, subscriptions, and other workforce-related activities supported by the platform.

Members earn 80% of the staffing revenue they produce. Members also participate in network-driven earnings, enabling income to extend beyond individual production and compound through the power of the network effect.
